HK Swivel Joint pipe
A swivel joint is a metal pipe adapter equipped with roller bearings, based on technology introduced from FMC and our own technical innovations. Swivel joints are available in sizes ranging from 1″ to 4″ with a rated working pressure range of 25-140 MPa (3626 psi – 20000 psi).
Various models of swivel joints and corresponding repair kits are available for normal temperature, low temperature, and sour gas (H₂S) conditions. We can provide both long-radius and short-radius swivel joints.
Long-radius swivel joints minimize fluid resistance and offer better corrosion resistance compared to short-radius joints.
Short-radius swivel joints are required in installations where space is limited or lower pressure conditions apply.
We have developed a new style of long-radius swivel joint with increased wall thickness and enhanced strength in corrosion-prone areas, improving corrosion resistance and extending operational lifespan.
